Detail information:

1. Subject of the contest:

• This is an online contest for all pupils, students and working people (except for staff of Oxford English UK Vietnam). Participants are people over 10 years old, living and working in Hanoi.

• The contest gives all participants the chance to send sweet wishes to their teachers, friends and their loved ones. These participants need to send messages attached with a photo/ picture (may be participants' own photo or the photo participants selected) to make a meaningful and powerful online card that is suitable for each round.

Note: participants don't need to insert messages into the photo. Participants only need to send file of photo & file of messages separately.

2. Topic of the contest:

• Topic at the 1st Round: "The Teacher's day Nov 20th"

• Topic at the 2nd Round: "Merry Christmas" & "Happy New Year 2012"

3. Contest regulations:

3.1. Time to receive online cards and vote on facebook:

• Round 1: From Nov 05th to 9.00 a.m Nov 21st, 2011

• Round 2: From Nov 05th to 3.00 p.m Dec 17th, 2011

3.2. Instruction for doing the contest :

Send a Card/ Picture/ Photo enclosed with meaningful message which is suitable for each round to register for the contest. Please follow these steps below:

• Step 1:

        *  Prepare a file of photo/image related to the topic of the contest (Participants can use a real photo or a photo that is available on the internet. If it is chosen from the internet, please note the image source)
        *  Write the message for person you love..., the length can't exceed 200 words. These online cards are meant to be sent to Oxford English UK Vietnam's teachers are which is more preferred method.

• Step 2: All participants need to fill all personal information including:

School/ Company/ Other:
Register for the round:

• Step 3:

Send your online card to us by one of two ways:
* The 1st way:
Login to your facebook:
• Upload your photo on the wall of Fan page của Oxford English UK Việt Nam.
• Note the photo with message that is prepared at Step 1
• Post personal information in Step 2 on the comment part under the photo uploaded
* The 2nd way: Attach Photo file in an email with the message and register information, then send the email to this address: yeuthuongtrongtoila@oxford.edu.vn with the subject: "Bài dự thi "Yêu thương trong tôi là....."

3.3. Regulations for the online card:

• Messages in the card may be short sentences, a short story or a poem. The length can't exceed 200 words

•  Language in the card: Vietnamese or English, or both (If use both, the length of the message can't exceed 300 words

• Contest Form: Online

•  Each candidate can send more than 1 card and only join 1 round.

• Content of the card doesn't violate Vietnam law, Vietnamese habits and customs. It is not related politically or religiously.

3.4. Contest regulations

• Participants are responsible for their card's copyright. The contest committee is not responsible for the problems related to copyright disputes. In the case of the card being rejected due to copyright infringement, the contest committee will remove the card from facebook and the participant will be disqualified from the contest.

• If there is any dispute, the contest committee will make final decision.

•  If the card that won the award violates the contest rules and regulations, the entry will be disqualified from the contest.

•  The contest committee has the right to choose, edit and use the winning card for PR or marketing purposes without financial obligations owned to the participant.

3.5. Contest's Criteria & Voting Methods

3.5.1. Contest's Criteria:

•  The online card winning the contest is appropriate to the content of each round: meaningful; excellent and unique

• The online card winning the contest is the most favoritwith atleast 30 LIKE

        Note: The contest committee only chooses the cards with the suitable LIKE number (see in 3.5.2)

3.5.2. Voting Methods:

• Two days later after receiving the online cards, the contest committee will send an email to the participants for confirmation. Participants' online cards will be uploaded in "Yêu thương trong tôi là ..." album on Oxford facebook to receive votes.

• To vote for the participants, people need to click "LIKE" fanpage Oxford and "LIKE"  favorite online cards on Oxford's fanpage, simultaneously. In Round 2, the suitable online card is the card with the suitable LIKE number : people need to excise 2 steps for LIKE above. The online card with the highest number of people like and have suitable LIKE number until 9.00 a.m Nov 21 st for Round 1 and 3.00 p.m Dec 17th, 2011 for Round 2 will win the prize.

4. Prize structure:

The contest committee will award 2 prizes for each round:

•  01 First Prize (Decided by the contest committee): 01 english scholarship values 1000.000 VND + 1 huge & lovely teddy bear valued at 1.000.000 VNĐ + 01 cute souvenier

•  01 Second Prize (Vote Prize): 01 english scholarship values 1000.000 VND + 1 huge & lovely teddy bear valued at 500.000 VNĐ + 01 cute souvenier

Total Prizes value up to 10.000.000 VNĐ
